HOURLY: Our basic hourly rates generally start at $25 per hour for most services. If
you have a small one-time project that may only take a few hours to complete, this
would be the best pricing option for you. A two-hour minimum is charged for any
services.
PER PAGE: A per page rate is charged for typing and proofing projects. The rate
may vary depending on the project type and size.
PER PROJECT: Larger projects are priced per project. We offer a free project
assessment by phone to determine your needs and submit a written proposal
outlining our expected completion time with pricing. This pricing structure is perfect
for one-time mailings, computer clean up and home office organization.
SUBSCRIPTION: If you have ongoing services such as bookkeeping, payroll,
monthly reports, or daily email retrieval then a monthly subscription will work best for
you. Once we review your needs, we will propose a monthly subscription fee that is
much more competitive than our hourly rates.
